OUR STORY
From a dream, a home from home for our guests
It was in the year 1976, as Anna Weißbacher with her husband, the spade in the Hand took. Together, they wanted to create something of my Own – a house in which guests feel at home you should. With the mountains in the Wildschönau in the back, and big plans in the heart, they began to build.
But fate put you on a hard test: 1980 lost Anna, her husband in a tragic accident. Alone with three minor children would have much of an end to be able to find. Instead, bite Anna teeth together, Packed, and perfect the common dream. , in 1981, was the Pension Waidmannsruh done – a monument to their courage.
Today we lead – Annemarie and Hansl white Bacher, our sons, Martin and Simon – the house in the second Generation. What is Anna then began, we live every day: genuine Tyrolean hospitality, honest kitchen and feel welcome to be.

Our Snack Station
From mid-may until the beginning of October to open our snack station outside. With a stunning view of the Kundler Klamm, good food and nice encounters – just like a Tyrolean summer evening is supposed to be.
If, after a hike, bike ride, or just so – come on over, let yourself be pampered and enjoy the sunset in the Tyrolean mountains.

The wildschönau valley in summer is a Paradise for nature lovers. Over 300 km of marked Hiking trails lead you through lush green meadows, past the crystal clear mountain streams and up panoramic peaks. A special Highlight is the kundl gorge – an impressive natural canyon.

Winter activities
In the Winter, the wildschönau in a winter Wonderland turns. The ski resort Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau offers over 145 km of slopes for all skill. The ski bus stops directly in front of our Board – so you are in just a few minutes on the slope.

The Kundler Klamm
The kundl gorge is one of the most impressive natural spectacles in the Tyrol, and only a few minutes ' walk from the Pension Waidmannsruh away. The approximately 3 km long gorge connects to car wildschönau with the Inntal valley and both feet, as well as with the children to walk on.
Particularly impressive is The sunset in the kundl gorge, from our terrace watching – a spectacle that you will never forget!
